Can I change my billing or shipping information?

Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Department at contact@gorolia.com as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request.

If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

What forms of payment are you accepting?

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa.

How do I know if my payment has been received?

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the UK only. We do not offer shipping to other countries at this time.

How can I find out how much for shipping charges?

We are free shipping within the UK. Please read our shipping policy page for more info.

How long does shipping take?

Total delivery time is usually 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 3–5 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Note: Some shipping companies may take 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday) for tracking information to update.
